I never cared why "Mr. X" would have kidnapped Thomas's girlfriend- that's just what happened to chicks in the '80s- but all these years I've wondered how he compelled the kung fu master to walk impotently in place just yards away from rescuing her.

Kung Fu: Life is a buffet

People are like onions. They have many layers, and the more of them we've seen the more apt they are to make us cry. Also they have a flavor. But I digress- Sometimes this life serves up a dish that peels you back and exposes you to yourself. Other times you've got to walk in the kitchen and find one on your own. Either way you'll never know you don't love something until you've tried it.
