This time around, they have a fancy new wizard to order the repair online...Except they keep saying my email address is invalid...Except it seems perfectly valid every time they want to spam me, or send me point purchase receipts...

I get them on the phone and oh and I'm out of warrantee. Except how does the warrantee apply when it's the REPLACEMENT that broke?

And smooth jazz? seriously?
