video game haiku from the resigned gamer

There comes a time in all great journeys when a man asks himself if it wouldn't have been better had he never left home. Whether it comes to him snowbound, gnawing on the clammy flesh of his frozen friend, or trying to pick whether he should ask the college coed living below him if she could turn up the house thermostat by a degree or to change the monotonous bass line on her stereo, is immaterial. What matters is the choice to forge on, and amidst his strange surroundings learn not to endure, nor adapt, but thrive. And when he does return, he will not be the same. He will never be the same. This week's haiku go out to all who travel in foreign lands.

SOLAR JETMAN

oh how I miss earth
physics do not favor me
plus my nose is big

ABADOX

i'll find the princess
in alien intestine
make it poop us out

CITY CONNECTION

where's my camera

I love cop cars in paris
look out for that cat!

BALLOON FIGHT (BALLOON TRIP MODE)

i'm so glad we came
but
perhaps we should turn back
this cannot end well

Your Solar Jetman haiku, while inspired, is not technically haiku...

whatever you say doomeru. maybe one of these days you'll get off your lazy drunken ass and write something so I won't have to keep polluting the internetz with my technically incorrect haiku. But I won't hold my breath.

Drunkenly stumble or 420? Cool site you got here. I'm subscribed. Taker easy.

Doomeru prefers his sour mash to 420 and these days it just makes me menstruate. Thanks for the note Michael! I don't even think we're related or acquainted or anything!
