Final Fantasy Tactics: letting go

I fired someone for the first time last week. They were twice my age. I never thought making the right decision would feel so wrong, but I hear it gets easier over time. Because most things in life are out of our control, and that makes the choices we do have all the more important. Don't stifle or settle, trifle or back-pedal. Do the right thing, and if you do the wrong thing, make it right. You owe that to your people.
