If you want a job done right, you have to do it yourself. Unfortunately you can't do it all. People develop by making a different mistake each day, yet the most successful organizations execute with the least amount of flaws. All problems are born and beaten in the details, and leaders are supposed to solve problems, but they're also not supposed to sweat the small stuff. And therein lies the dilemma of management. No wonder everyone becomes so good at talking without saying anything!
